THE RIGHT TRAINING FOR WORK LIFE
Pinasol Foundation, in strategic partnership with a leading international recruitment agencies, travel agency, and immigration law firms, proposes Learn4Work—a comprehensive program designed to equip Ghanaian youth with market-relevant skills and facilitate their employment both in Ghana and abroad. The initiative aims to train 500 artisans and semi-skilled professionals across various trades, including Plumbing, Electrical Work, Solar Installation, Welding, Carpentry, Auto Mechanics, Auto Electricians, Construction (Masonry, Steel Benders, Tillers, and Painters), Dressmaking, Hairdressing, Teaching, Driving, Farm Hands, Nursing, And Medical refresher courses.
Through a collaborative approach, the program will identify and secure employment opportunities in Ghana and Europe, with recruitment partners handling employer engagement and job placement, while logistics and visa facilitation will be managed by travel and legal partners. Trainees will finance their training and visa costs through affordable payment plans, ensuring a sustainable model that benefits individuals, Ghanaian communities, and European industries.
