Our TVET Journey
Since its inception, Pinasol Foundation has championed skills-based training as a path to dignity and economic empowerment. Through our TVET programs, we have trained hundreds of youth, many of whom are now entrepreneurs, artisans, and professionals shaping their communities.
Our focus is not just on imparting technical skills, but on building character, discipline, and resilience — ensuring that every trainee leaves not only with a certificate, but with a future.
Our TVET initiative addresses one of Ghana’s most pressing challenges — youth unemployment. By bridging the gap between education and industry, we prepare learners to step directly into the workforce or start their own businesses.
The curriculum combines practical workshops with mentorship, soft skills development, and business coaching. Each participant is supported through every step: from classroom to workplace.
